Had my hair done today by Bianca and want to say how pleased I am! I have a hard time getting anyone to hear me when I say "short!" I prefer a razor cut and with today's short hair styles the razor does the best job and she is the first one to ask me if I would like a razor cut. I love this cut! Thank you Bianca!

My daughter's haircut with Julia was fine.
Resubmitting, because I forgot to edit stars. Horrible experience. I was supposed to get a full foil and cut. I booked it previously and it was supposed to be 40% off. First it took forever for the stylist to mix color and she brought me a slip of paper with the price. It seemed really high to be 40% off. It was then explained that the cut portion was discounted. Fine. I wanted to know the regular price, so I could confirm discount. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get pricing. The company needs clear straight forward pricing, even if they vary by stylist, the manager and stylist should have the info readily at hand. Also, lots of extra fees were added in. At this point the stylist asked if I could wait while she cut someone else's hair because she was behind. I waited because I rearranged my whole day and drove all the way to Silverdale to get my hair done. When she finished the other cut, we reviewed the pricing and plan, but I was so irritated at this point, I just left. Megan was polite throughout the whole process, but the manager Alicia was not at pleasant or polite once I expressed my concern over the price, as well as their lack of clarity and difficulties in communicating the price. She was very obviously irritated with me, with is not acceptable. I work in the hospitality industry and the manager Alicia needs some serious customer service training. Your managers need to know how to effectively work with unhappy customers. I calmly expressed my concerns and she got irritated, which made me even more unhappy with the whole experience. I will not be back. I used to recommend the place, but I will now be sharing my negative experience. Honestly, I go there because it is inexpensive when you have deals. I will go to a nice salon closer to home if I am going to pay prices consistent with their rates.
